What this studio does, in one paragraph

Modular Prefab Spaces designs buildings and supplies them as precision-engineered components to be assembled on the client’s own ground. Twenty-six designs are published, six drawn to the sheet so far. A client is expected to arrive at one of them, describe their own land and brief against it, and be quoted for the building that conversation produces.

That is the whole offer, and the shape of it explains the rest of this site. The designs exist to start a conversation rather than to be ordered from a list. The drawings exist to be checked by somebody who is not us. The limits exist because a company that publishes its limits is easier to check than one that does not.

The record behind the studio, and whose record it is

One hundred and more projects, sixty to ninety days on site and a twenty-five-year warranty are the manufacturing group’s record. They are stated here once, as the group’s, and they are qualified per building in the quotation. They are not a count of any one design published on this site, and they are never written as one.

The distinction is worth the paragraph it costs. Attaching a group’s project count to a single building type is the most common overstatement in this industry, and it is the one a developer’s procurement team catches first. Stated accurately, the same facts do the work they were meant to do and survive being looked into.

Where the studio works from

The studio works from Bengaluru, and the postal address and both telephone numbers sit on the contact page, published in one place so that they are never inconsistent. Buildings go up on the client’s land rather than here, and the studio travels to the plot, which is why a first useful conversation is nearly always about a survey.

The settings these buildings are photographed in are chosen to be Indian ground, and each finish family carries the landscape it was picked for. That is a statement about the light and the country the designs were made for. It is not a list of places where any of them stands, and no page here suggests it is.

What we produce, and what your own consultant produces

The design, the drawings, the specification, the components and the assembly are ours. Engineering is not: sizing, foundations, loads, fire, services, drainage and every certified dimension sit outside the boundary and are named as sitting outside it. A licensed professional turns the design intent into a construction set before a project is built, and the sheets carry that instruction themselves.

Clients arrive from three directions and the boundary holds for all three. An architect brings his own plan and uses our set to judge whether the system can carry it. A client without a technical background takes the published design largely as it stands. A developer’s team reads the exclusions first. None of the three is told a different story.

What this page does not carry, and why it does not

There is no founder’s story here, no year of establishment, no count of people, no list of clients and no photograph of an office. Each of those is easy to write and easy to inflate, and this site is built on the opposite habit: a sentence appears when it can be checked against a record, and stays off the page until then.

What is offered instead is inspectable. The designs, their drawings, the material families, the assembly sequence and the limits are all published, and any of them can be read by a professional you trust before you meet anybody here. That is a slower way to build confidence and a considerably harder one to fake.

Who exactly am I contracting with?

The manufacturing group whose record is quoted above stands behind the delivery and the warranty, and the quotation written for your project sets out the terms of both in plain language rather than by reference.

How long has the studio been doing this?

That is not stated on this site, because a founding date is exactly the sort of number that gets rounded in the company’s favour. What can be evidenced is the work itself: twenty-six published designs, six of them drawn to the sheet so far, and a manufacturing group’s record stated as the group’s. Ask for those sheets and judge from them.

Do you have engineers and architects on the team?

The team size and its composition are not published. The boundary is. Design intent is produced in-house, which is the wording the sheets themselves carry, and a licensed professional engaged for the project certifies it before anything is built. That routing has no exceptions, and the sheet says so where you can read it.

Where do you build?

On the client’s land, wherever it is, and the studio travels to it. Whether a plot works turns on the approach road, the room around the footprint and what the ground beneath will bear, rather than on the distance from this office. All three are tested against your survey before anything is committed.

Can I visit and see something?

Why is there so little about the company on this page?

Because the buying decision here is not made on a company story. It is made on whether the building is right and whether the drawings hold up, and both of those are published in full elsewhere on this site. This page carries the facts that can be stated exactly, and stops there.
