There is nothing in this index, and that is the honest state of it

No completed building is published on this site. A portfolio is the easiest page in this industry to assemble and the hardest to verify, and a reader has no way to tell one kind from the other. Rather than add to that, this page stays empty until a building of ours can be documented properly.

What exists instead is a design programme open to inspection. Six designs of the twenty-six have their sheets today, and the other twenty are drawn as each one closes. A design that has been drawn can be read rather than taken on trust, which is a weaker claim than a delivered building and a stronger one than a picture with a place name beneath it.

What each entry will contain when it appears

The brief, in the client’s terms: the use, the number of rooms or keys, the constraints on the plot and the date the building had to open. Then the design as approved, with the sheets it was built from, and the changes the ground forced on it. A record that omits the changes is a brochure rather than a case study.

After that, the delivery: what was manufactured, what arrived on site and in what order, how long assembly took, and where the licensed professional’s construction drawings departed from our design intent. Finally the boundary — what the contract included, what it excluded and what the client’s own consultants carried. Exclusions are the part a procurement team reads first.

Each entry will name its product page, so a reader who arrives here from a search can move to the building type that fits and read the decisions behind it. No entry will carry a performance figure, a certification claim or an outcome we cannot evidence from the approved record for that project.

What you can check while this page is empty

The product pages carry the substance a case study would otherwise carry: the decisions the buyer has to make, the order of assembly, the material families and the honest limits. Where the design is one of the six drawn, the sheets that go with it can be sent too, so a professional you trust can judge the work rather than judge a portfolio.

Two pages sit behind them. The building-systems page states what the buildings are made of and which methods are excluded. The how-we-build page sets out the sequence from first brief to handover. Between them they answer most of what a portfolio is usually asked to prove, and they answer it with a method rather than an anecdote.

The record that does exist, worded exactly as it stands

The manufacturing group’s record stands at one hundred and more projects, sixty to ninety days on site, and a twenty-five-year warranty. It is the group’s, not this studio’s count of any one building type, and each part of it is qualified per project in the quotation. Attaching that number to a design published here would be the first dishonest sentence on the site.

The distinction matters commercially as well as ethically. A developer’s procurement team checks a claim like that, and a company that has stated it loosely once is checked on everything else afterwards. The number stays where it belongs, in one sentence, on the pages where a buyer is entitled to know who stands behind the work.

Four things this index will not do

It will not show a photograph of a building we did not make. It will not name a client, a city or a date we cannot evidence. It will not describe a rendering as a completed or delivered building. It will not publish a figure for energy, structure, fire or acoustics as ours, here or anywhere else on this site.

Those four rules keep this page thin for now, and they are still the right rules. The moment a first project can be documented against them it goes here in full, with the sheets it was built from set beside photographs of what was built.

Questions to settle around built evidence across varied Indian sites.

Why is there no portfolio on a construction company website?

Because the studio has nothing of its own that can be documented to the standard the rest of this site is written to. The manufacturing group behind it has a record, and that record is stated as the group’s. Publishing its work here as though it were this studio’s would be the one claim a buyer could catch.

Have any of these designs been built?

They are designs, published with their drawings, and they are described as designs everywhere on this site. No image on any page is presented as a completed, delivered or client building. When one is built and the client agrees to it being documented, it appears in this index with its sheets and its exclusions.

Can I speak to a previous client?

Ask, and the answer will be plain about what can and cannot be arranged for the building type in question. What is always available is a conversation about your own plot with the people who drew the design, and, where that design is one of the six drawn, the sheets behind it.

What will you send me if there is no case study to send?

Where a design near your brief is one of the six drawn, its A3 sheets, which settle the plan, the faces, the cut through it and the schedule of every opening and finish. Where it is not, the decisions, the material family and the method, and the date its sheets are drawn. Either way, something a professional can weigh.

How will I know a case study here is real?

By what it includes rather than what it claims. Each will carry the approved sheets, the changes the site forced, the assembly sequence as it actually ran and a two-column schedule of what was in the contract and what was not. An entry that cannot carry those will not be written.

Do you work outside your own published designs?

A project is expected to start from one of them and move. A client sees a building, describes their own land and brief, and the design is adapted and quoted against that plot. The published set is the starting point and the evidence of method, not a fixed range you have to choose from.

Ask for the sheets rather than a portfolio

Name the building type and the plot. Where a design near it is drawn, its sheets come back with the limits of what they settle written on them.
